Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Talent Tennis System website. By using the site or submitting a trial request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Adult and parent use
The trial form is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. When you provide information about a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and are authorized to provide that information. Children should not submit the form.
2. Informational purpose and trial requests
Website content describes TTS programs in general terms. A submitted form is a request for contact and does not guarantee a trial, enrollment, specific coach, location, schedule, group placement, price, or availability. TTS may update program details as operations change and will confirm current details directly with the parent or guardian.
3. No medical or emergency service
The website is not a medical, health, or emergency service. Do not submit medical histories, diagnoses, emergency information, or urgent messages through the form. Participation requirements, health disclosures, emergency contacts, and any activity waiver will be handled separately before a child participates.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or use content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by TTS or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal use. No other license is granted without written permission.
6. Third-party services and links
The site is built and hosted using Tilda Publishing and may link to third-party services. TTS does not control third-party availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s terms.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” TTS disclaims warranties that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law. These website Terms are separate from any participation agreement or sports liability waiver.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
