Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Talent Tennis System (“TTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through this website and its free-trial request form.
1. Information we collect
When a parent or legal guardian submits a trial request, we may collect the adult’s name, email address, optional telephone number, and the child’s name, age, current tennis level, and preferred program. Please do not submit medical information, emergency details, government identifiers, financial information, or other sensitive information through this form.
The website and its service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, and cookie or similar technology data. The exact technical data depends on the Tilda website platform and any analytics tools enabled for the site.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to the adult who submitted the request, recommend an appropriate starting group, arrange and follow up on a trial session, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
A telephone number, when provided, is used to discuss the requested trial or related scheduling. Submission of this form does not provide consent for marketing text messages. If TTS later offers marketing SMS, it will request separate optional consent.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that host or operate the website, forms, communications, or business systems on our behalf, including Tilda Publishing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the trial form and do not use that information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Children’s information and parental control
This website and its trial form are intended for use by adults. A child should not submit the form. The adult submitting a request must be at least 18 and the child’s parent or legal guardian. Information about a child is collected from the adult solely to evaluate and arrange the requested tennis program.
A parent or legal guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete information about their child or withdraw permission for further use. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. More detail appears in our Parent & Child Data Notice.
5. Cookies, analytics, and browser signals
The site may use necessary cookies and platform technologies for operation, security, and basic measurement. We do not currently use trial-form information for targeted advertising. This site does not independently interpret browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where a legally recognized opt-out preference signal applies to a covered processing activity, we will handle it as required by applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the requested program relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it when reasonably practicable. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask us to provide access to, correct, or delete information associated with your trial request, or withdraw consent for future use. Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to TTS, you may have additional rights such as receiving information about collection and disclosure, opting out of certain sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive information, and appealing a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To protect the child and the account holder, we may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
8. Third-party links and services
This site may link to external websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. TTS is not responsible for those practices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the site or another appropriate notice.
10. Contact and privacy requests
Email tts.talenttennis@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or call +1 (669) 364-4559. Describe the request without including additional information about a child beyond what is necessary for verification.
