Parent & Child
Data Notice
Effective September 24, 2026
This notice tells parents and legal guardians what information about a child is requested through the free-trial form, why TTS needs it, and how an adult can control it.
1. The form is for adults
Only a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 should submit the form. A child should not enter information or contact TTS through the form. By submitting it, the adult confirms their relationship and authority to provide the child’s information.
2. Child information requested
The form asks for the child’s name, age, current tennis level, and optional preferred program. This limited information helps TTS identify an appropriate trial group. Do not submit a child’s address, school details, precise location, photograph, account credentials, government identifier, medical information, disability information, emergency details, or other sensitive data.
3. Adult contact information requested
The form asks for the parent or guardian’s name and email address and permits an optional phone number. TTS uses those details to communicate with the adult about the requested trial and related scheduling. The child is not asked for an email address or phone number.
4. Use, disclosure, and retention
TTS uses the information to respond, recommend placement, arrange the trial, keep necessary program records, secure the site, and comply with law. Information may be handled by website, form, communications, and operational service providers acting for TTS, including Tilda Publishing. TTS does not sell information submitted through the trial form.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, the resulting program relationship, appropriate records, disputes, and legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized when reasonably practicable.
5. Parent or guardian choices
The parent or legal guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete the child’s information or withdraw permission for future use. TTS may verify the requester’s identity and relationship to the child before acting. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent TTS from arranging or continuing the requested service.
6. If a child submits information directly
If TTS learns that a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate parental involvement, TTS will take reasonable steps to delete it and will not use it to contact the child. A parent who believes this happened should notify TTS promptly.
7. Parent confirmation
By checking the required boxes and submitting the trial form, the adult confirms that they are at least 18, are the child’s parent or legal guardian, have reviewed this notice and the Privacy Policy, and consent to TTS using the submitted information to arrange and follow up on the trial request.
8. Contact
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, email tts.talenttennis@gmail.com with the subject “Child Data Request,” or call +1 (669) 364-4559. Do not submit additional sensitive information.
